“HASU” is a DBA name of Hasu Designs (hereafter referred to as “the company”).  The company is licensed to operate in California in the city of Pasadena. Any reference to the company within this Terms & Conditions statement and within the website hasu.co (hereafter referred to as “the site”), including copyright notices, registered trademarks, policies, promotions, etc. are in reference to its DBA name.

Information within this site is for informational use only.  Any claims and educational information may or may not have been peer revised, unless otherwise noted.

PRIVACY NOTICE

This privacy statement discloses the privacy practices for the company and the site.

Information Collection and Use

Hasu Designs is the sole owner of the information collected on this site.  The company will not sell, share or lease this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.

Log Files and Analytics

We use IP addresses to administer the site, track page views and the click-through activity of links, and gather broad information for internal use.  Information collected are not linked to personally identifiable information.

The site may contain links to other sites. Please be aware that Hasu Designs is not responsible for the privacy practices of these other sites. We encourage web users to always read the privacy statement of any site that collects personally identifiable information. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by the Hasu Designs and the site.

Security

The site is designed with numerous precautions to protect users’ information. Customer information is appropriately protected. Sensitive information (such as a credit card account number) is protected by Secure Socket Layer encryption.

The SSL encryption is shown in your web browser as “https” as well as a “lock” icon in most modern browsers.  You may choose to view the SSL certificate and the validity of the site’s identity.

Credit cart transactions are handled through PayPal Inc.  Buyers are protected under PayPal’s Buyer Protection and Insurances.  Please see PayPal Security and Privacy notices for more information.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

We endeavor to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders placed Friday afternoon through Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. Shipping charges are calculated based on the speed of the shipping option you chose, size and weight of the items.

Shipping prices are calculated and negotiated through an automated service from third party shipping companies such as UPS and Fedex.  Should this price be different than the online quote, you will receive a notification.

USA Orders

All orders are insured and trackable, unless otherwise noted.  The company reserves the right to use third party shipping and freight companies depending on the item being shipped.

International Orders

Hasu is not currently shipping outside the United States.  Please check back later for updates as we grown our business.

 

RETURN POLICY

Please call or e-mail for prior approval (RMA Number) before returning any items. No returns accepted without prior approval. Customer pays for return shipping. Credit will be given after the product is returned and inspected.

No refunds, credits or exchanges after thirty days. Any item may be returned unopened and unused for any reason within thirty days.

Once approved, please ship your return item with RMA clearly labeled and packaged in original box with original packing materials.
